Since 1931, Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan has been providing programs and services - at no cost- that teach marketable job skills to individuals who are 16 years of age or older with disabilities, special needs, or other barriers to employment. The scope of services provided as well as the length of time in the program is determined on an individual basis. With involvement from the participant, a case manager implements an individual's plan which specifically identifies relevant support services, accommodations, and outcomes.
